Not a fan of the ads that start talking in the middle of the night - they scare the hell out of me! Anything out there worth checking out? I'm a big GAIM fan but don't like the idea of having to install extra components (GTK runtimes). The less bloated the better - thanks!
 
gaim here. Used Trillian 3.0 back at one point, but I didn't like how you couldn't properly view AIM profiles and some of the options were confusing.
