I gave my dog some turkey yesterday since I figured she would enjoy some turkey (plus, we never give her any table scraps). Came home today to some nasty diarrhea all over the kitchen and hallways :-/
 
Yeah, a dogs digestive system always prefers a nice steady diet of the same food.

Never change your dogs diet suddenly or......well you found out what happens.
