They go after whoever has the most $$$. I'm surprised it would be possible to get away with it though.

Well, naturally.

I forgive you, though. It only had "NFL" and "paralyzed" in the title.:)

what a shame about the liitle girl. I would guess the lawsuit against the NFL is to publicize what can happen in our current culture of irresponsibility, rather than an attempt to get money from the NFL.

I don't see how the NFL encourages "this type of behavior" seeing as how they charge 7.50 - 8.50 a beer at the stadium

Frivilous lawsuit or not, I hope the NFL is held responsible. I hate sports and the whole god damn culture surrounding it.

I think it should be directed at the man and the new your giants for violating the rules. Oh, and the people who sold the beers for the extra tip.

Its responsibility on the drunk, the team for not enforcing their rules, and the people serving. I think this is a little far fetched to include the nfl, but it is scary after these games let out and everyone drives off like a maniac.

I was at a dodgers game recently and i got pissed that they did not have beer men at the game. I thought about it and it makes sense. When you have to get out of your seat and walk your lazy butt to the concessions and miss the action (granted it is just baseball, things do happen) it makes most people rethink buying beer. And in a town of so many millions, its nice knowing there are a fewer drunks on the road because of a simple annoyance. That and it saved me $7 a beer for a bud light/miller lite.

I do agree with T.V. above in that the sports culture is starting to suck, but not as much as he does.
