I am just going to a jr college right now but I'm moving into dorms next fall and it's gonna be great! The dorm I'm moving into has nothing against alcohol in your room

UNless you are over 21 or live a a suite, I doubt that your dorm could have nothing against alcohol (that is unless, thr RA does not gives a fvck). What school is this?

Pphh...yeah, freshman I am a freshamn and well, the RA cannot do anything if there is no proof. He can call teh cops all he wants, but no one is allowd to search your room.

haha. that sounds kinda a little dickish to me. Dont be so loud next time. Hell, in my dorm no booze are allowed, but it still happens...be smart about it. You should be fine.

OH...best way to hid it is to bring a couple extra computer cases and stuff the booze in there. Works like a charm...if they ask...you are just gonna set up a floor server but forgot some cables.

man, dorms are such a pain! all these RA stories are ridiculous! off-campus is your answer.


my friend is a freshmen at UC Davis, and last month him and 7 buddies were drinking HARD in their dorm room because it was the birthday of one of them. at 3am, one of those geniuses stumbled around the hall and ended up puking on the RA's door. the RA came in and busted them all and they were all hauled off to the hospital to be treated for alcohol poisoning.

My friend got a warning that the 2nd time he gets caught in alcohol/drug incident he would be kicked from school. Also, he has strict/conservative/traditional/ Asian parents so he had to hide it from them by footing the 700$ ambulance and 1800$ hospital fee by getting on a payment plan. Eventually, his parents did find out but their insurance doesnt cover substance abuse... oh, they found out about his 2.0 GPA also

so he's in bad standings with his school, his family, and is 2500$ in debt. moron!

Don't beat me, but alcohol is a very bad thing. Yes, I did try alcohol several times (I'm of legal age). But it was mostly due to necessity (when I couldn't refuse to have a drink with the *right* people). It's not a funny toy that just gives you a buz. If you drink frequently, it will affect the way you look. People will think that you're a drunkard and it will make life a whole lot harder IMO. They ban drinking in college for a reason, it's for your sake, guys.
