(Your) carne asada recipe?

roll that carne asada in some shake & bake, then deep fry it...mmmm, instant beef milanesa.

Traditional is going to be an oil rub with lots of cilantro, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

As for me, I prefer white wine and teriyaki sauce marinade and then cooking it alongside bell peppers and onions.
