I have a Sonic All-Stars Transformed for running a specific type of course perfectly. I think only 2% or so people have it.

I don't know if I'd call it my best, it's one my rarest for sure.

I currently have something like 98% complete on Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. I'm only missing some of the ones that require the Lost, because playing the Lost is damn near impossible.

I don't have any super rare achievements. Looks like Gold Revenge in Arkham City (1.1%).
