I don't have central air, so in the summer I get whatever my swamp cooler can give me.

In the winter, we have the heat set around 62-64f.

73-75 in the summer....and 66-68 in the winter.

Space heaters, however boost the temp in the bedroom on REALLY cold nights. And, I will occasionally kill the AC in the daytime to 78~80 degrees as a max.

I condition the air all through the year. Wwhy do they call cooling units air conditioners when you also condition the air when you heat? AC is a stupid term for cooling, but that term will last far longer than I will.

In the summer I condition the air temperature to ~68°F at night and ~78°F during the day when I'm not home.

In the winter I condition the air temperature to ~62°F at night and ~55°F during the day when I'm not home. I will also use a space heater in the room that I am at to ~70°F.

64-65 through winter (love it kind of chilly)
67-70 in summer

I never adjust for while I'm at work. I've found my bills are higher or the same when I do that vs. just leaving it on a temp and never touching it.

I cannot remember the settings for AC, but heat is set to 60 degrees at night and when at work and 68 when we get home.
