your advice for upgrading system

Hi everyone, I like to answer me question, I have Athlon C 1333 and Kt133A mainboard with 256sdram, is better to upgrade this mainboard which cant be overclocked, or its not working with maximal speed processor for this mobo and its Athlon xp 1900+ or should I upgrade mainboard to Kt333 with 512DDR 333Mhz but its nearly 3 times cheaper. But on new mobo I could maybe overclock my Athlon to about 1500mhz,, what cheap and good motherboard you can advice me?? I think Microstar Kt3Ultra is cheap and good.
I like to do this upgrade for my next card maybe Geforce4Ti .

Abit kr7a with raid is only $59 at computer geeks. Or shuttle ak31a same price at newegg. Both have kt266a chipset, which is within 2-3 percentage points of kt333. I always sell my old stuff in the paper first. If you don't sell it, then wait and save some more. I would switch to ddram if you get a good price for your old setup. Yesterday, newegg had the leadtech mobo with sis 735 (uses either sdram or ddram) with some overclocking features for only $49 shipped. May be gone by now.
