That's like asking for the Young's modulus of metal. Or wood. Or stone.

For rubber, you're looking at 1.5-15ksi (1500 - 15,000 psi). Without a tensile stress-strain curve, there's no way to get an exact answer.

wut i dont get is as u stack more mass on the rubber band, the modulus value changes. any explanation for this?

The material does not obey Hooke's law.

only metallic and ceramic, and a few organic compounds obey hooks law, and only up to a small strain percent. most polymers and rubber don't, look for a stress strain curve
