My friend, 25, is engaged to a woman who is 40. And he wants me to be the best man.

What do you think about younger guys and older women? I have always dated older women. They're a lot of fun, but I would never consider marrying one. Granted, they have a better grasp of what they want, and are usually well past their whoring days. Still, it wont take long for age to really kick in.

What the hell can he be thinking?

 
Depends on the age. 25 marrying 30 is fine. 25 marrying 35 is stretching it (and only if she's in really good shape for age). 25 and 40 screw that. He'll be 35 married to a 50 YEAR OLD. HAHAHAHA SUCKER.
 
I'm all for it. Men should be marrying women who are about 8 years older. That way they'll die about the same time. Sad seeing all the widows at the retirement complex. Whenever a couple moves in I guess that within a year only one will be left, and usually that's how it goes.

Well, that, and when I was a kid I thought my babysitter was hot.
 
She has a nice figure, but you know it wont last much longer... And when it goes away, he'll lust for someone younger, and she'll get hurt in the end... (So to speak)... 🙂

i'm thinking he's probably in love with the woman. and really, nothing you say will convince him to stop.

if you want you can ask him if he knows what he's doing since she's quite a bit older, but you'd really have to be close friends to ask a question like that.

my wife is 5 years older than i am and we have friends whose age difference is even bigger(the woman is close to 15 years older) yet i have no doubt they will remain faithful to each other for the rest of their lives.
 
I will say that Dezign has made comments about enjoying the stamina of younger men... 40 y/o woman and a 25 y/o man might actually have a fantastic sex life for a couple years.

My ex-gf was 8 years older then me and the age thing was not a problem

In general I like older women
they are past the "shiny-knight-who-is-going-to-save-me-phase" and require less maintenance

Since when did young guys have stamina? I thought that was something you get with age? When I was 18 I was finished as soon as I started... 6 years later, different story. LOL...

horrible idea for long term. women go through menopause `50, lose all sex drive and their cooters shrivel, their boobs droop,they have hot flashes and other assorted horrors. and he'll still be as horny as hell at 30ish. he'll be living like a monk unless shes open to letting hiim be serviced by other women.
