EDIT: I mean, it's well established that the Japanese wimminz go crazy over visiting white ubermensch. If they want more babbies being formed, they need to relax their immigration policies.
 
Probably when they hit 30 or so, they'll be ready to settle down and raise a family.

Honestly - it's just too damn expensive and complicated these days to be involved with someone [and raise kids] unless both people have the same views with regards to the relationship.
