Was this his baby kitten or did he hunt the kitten?

Fixing him isnt going to fix his hunting instincts. My indoor male cat was fixed and he would run out the door every chance he got and on his way home catch and kill the cutest of rodents and leave them on the door step. Unfortunately, he met his fate last summer when some lady popped the curb in her car, and hit him 🙁 RIP Shadow

Fixing him can fix this. Male domestic cats will kill kittens that are not theirs.

My guess is that Nipples is going to meet his maker. I think he got the kittens down over the hill. Those neighbors said he's been down there hanging out (they have a number of female cats who are not spayed).
If those were their kittens and Nipples heads down there for a repeat performance, his dick is cooked.
I suppose keeping him inside for a while is out of the question.
Not a chance in hell.
I caught the goofy bastard on my bed yesterday. He's all of a sudden decided he's going to be a housecat. He and I have discussed it, and he's going to enter advanced pain training if I find him on the bed again.

male cats general do not kill babies for hunting reasons. There are two main reasons that male cats generally do this:

1) killing the kittens while the mother is still nursing, weaning will put her back into heat.. they like females in heat.
2) for territorily reasons. it aint their kid, therefore, it is a threat.

fixing this cat might help.
