You win this time ATOT

i don't expect UPS to give faster service than contracted for. you shouldn't either.

Must just be you. I ordered a Monitor on Monday last week at 12:30. It was delivered on Wednesday by 11:30. The UPS guy even waited for me to answer the door because he didn't want to leave the monitor on the porch unattended. (no signature required, just great service)

I contracted for 2 day shipping, should have put that in there.

tomorrow is day 2. bet you get both then.

monday counts as the origination date despite having been shipped on saturday, today is the next business day.

Huh?

First, I got one today already.

Second: Friday, Saturday(Yes, the move packages on Saturdays but they don't deliver unless it's saturday delivery option), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday? 5 days?

This is far and away the worst shipping rant I've ever heard. The nerve of UPS to deliver only one of your packages early!

Today IS the second business day, it's TUESDAY.

So according to you, the kind folks at UPS just magically decided to give me free 1 day shipping?

if you order something Monday 2 day shipping, you get it Wednesday.

if you order something Monday 1 day shipping, you get it Tuesday.

You ordered over a holiday, so the NEXT BUSINESS DAY is the start of the processing time. Ordering on Thanksgiving is the same as ordering yesterday, as far as shipping times go UPS, since Friday is not a "UPS holiday" as someone stated earlier.

Just like ordering Saturday is the same as ordering on a Monday. Doesn't matter if the item leaves the warehouse Saturday, Sunday, or Monday ... you aren't guaranteed to get it until Wednesday (if you did 2 day shipping).

I'm not pist off about the delivery date, i'm pist off about their response for the most part.
