Maybe this will help you:

http://leshcatlabs.net/index.php/home/

Welcome to leshcatlabs.net!

Currently, leshcatlabs.net is developing so called UnifL Driver.

UnifL stands for `Unified Leshcat Drivers`.

Those drives are designed for AMD + Intel ( Intel HD/HD2000/HD2500/HD3000/HD4000 CPU Embedded Graphics )

powered laptops, based on latest official WHQL/Beta versions of AMD and Intel drivers.

UnifL Drivers are designed for Windows 7 x64 / Windows 8 x64 only, however they should work on Windows Server 2008 as well.

Main advantages:

•Always Up-To-Date Drivers.

•No dependency from your official notebook manufacturer.

•Can be installed on clean system i.e. “from scratch” without problems.

•Automated and reliable workaround to install modified drivers – DSE.

•Detailed manual, which covers all you need to know about Leshcat’s driver sets.

I haven't tried them myself, as my laptop only has HD3000.

My own lappy has the Intel HD + Radeon 6370M. HP hasn't once updated the drivers in the two years I have owned this laptop, and the modded ones I'm using now causes funky stuff (boosts compatibility with emulators, but causes occasional crashes).

Maybe this one will be more reliable.

I have a 5650m + Intel HD.... I just stumbled upon these drivers a few weeks ago and haven't had any issue with them at all since.. Not sure if they helped me either, but they definitely didn't hurt

It only seems to be nvidia drivers?

Oh yeah forgot its only nvidia drivers. Its been years since i had my laptop with 8600GT, i think its because nvidia mobile and desktop drivers are the same and its different for AMD drivers so they cant do the same thing.
