I pretty much lost all mine.

http://www.fonetiks.org/engsou2x.php - scroll your mouse over the left column to hear the pronunciations.

http://www.fonetiks.org/engsou7x.php - same concept as above but focus on tone.

http://www.universitetsforlaget.no/baep/data/rp_1.html - Several British sounds to listen to.

http://www.hio.ft.hanze.nl/thar/pronun.htm - More of a technical approach to pronunciation with a few word example sounds.

http://esl.about.com/library/vocabulary/blbritam.htm - Has nothing really to do with sound but more to do with the different words we use in America and the corresponding word used in the UK.

http://www.bl.uk/collections/sound-archive/listen.html - Many audio interviews and readings from British authors, actors, and writers.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/audiovideo/ - Direct from the BBC website, you can tune in to live British radio (look in the right-side column for "BBC Radio").

http://www.celt.stir.ac.uk/staff/HI...URSE/COURSE.HTM - Not a whole lot here, but if you click on the different "Task" links, you'll be able to hear individual words spoken.

I don't have 'em anymore, and I was just reading about it, I'm suprised you can learn to speak with an accent even if you're not from there.

Besides, we all know that American girls dig guys with British accent.

Well think about how many actors and actresses have done so for roles where they have an "American" accent. Musicians too, come to think of it. Rick Springfield, Mel Gibson, the woman who starred with Eddie Murphy in The Haunted Mansion. A few quick examples and yes I realize the first two are Australian.
