Yep, that is the error I get as well.Same here. I see some people can have their vids parsed, while others can't. Also, when I chose the embed option using the WYSIWYG editor I got a JSON error.

Auto-embedding of text links was disabled by your Forum Directors, a decision we fully support if they felt there was a need for it.
after they received multiple complaints on reported posts where that feature became a disturbance and disruption. Although the source of it was only a small number of users, it is a global setting and so everybody was affected.
You did not like my explanation last time. My explanation this time is the same.
It seems like thread pages with a lot of embedded videos like the "What music are you listening to now" load a lot slower than they used to with vB - or am I imagining this?I can see it being an annoyance myself. I embedded a lot of videos to discussions that my whimsical imagination just happens to think of. I'm like, "there's a video for this!" LOL
I can also see how a whole page of embedded vids could be a royal PITA for a slow connection like a smartphone. But I guess the media BBcode is there still to use. So that's good. That way every cotton picken vid doesn't get parsed.

They did seem a little slower to me, but it was just a few seconds.
It didn't seem to affect anything else except that thread.
Use the MEDIA tag. Why one form of embedding was disabled and the other form is allowed makes no sense.
Code:Use [media=youtube]6Uhw6Qv2tSw[/media] instead of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Uhw6Qv2tSw
Media button should finally work again. No more having to type out the bbcode for media embeds.
