You Tube 3sec Paaaaause

not sure what's up with my system. i5, 8GB, SSD, win7-64

every time I play a you tube video, it pauses at ~3 seconds and sits for 5-10 seconds. I have fiber service (40 up, 2 down)

Any ideas what could be causing this?

What Browser and/or version of Flash are you using? I'd suggest trying an alternative to see if it remedies the problem.
