You think Dell would expedite a package?

I bought my camera from Dell about three weeks ago and paid for 2nd day shipping. It said it was OOS and would ship the next week. A week later, it was delayed yet again. Yesterday, I received a tracking number for it and it shows that they shipped it ground and I won't get it for another week! I'm going to call and complain because I paid for 2nd day shipping, but I would much rather get it sooner!

If you complain you should get a refund on shipping. It's out of their hands now so there's nothing they can do.

Ok. I know they can recall it. I was wondering if they could get UPS to slap a Next Day Air sticker on it the next time it scans.

if you paid for 2nd day shipping..that means that it should be in your hands 2 days from the day they get it in their warehouse.. anything less is unacceptable and you are due at least a refund for your shipping.. as far as having ups expedite the item, i don't think that would be possible..

I called and they are going to give me a 10% discount on my order!

its possible, you just have to know who and where to call. i had a misorted package once, so i made a call to that center and asked them to up the service level
