So, I'm torn. They're both beautiful, both great, and money isn't really an object. So speak now, or forever hold your peace.

EDIT: I'm looking for a case that looks great right out of the box, I'm not really into casemodding. I've read excellent reviews of both, so I don't really think quality is an issue. But if anyone has better ideas (and money is KIND OF an issue, no Lian-Li please) feel free to throw them out there.

EDIT EDIT: The Aspire comes with a $55 500W PSU...the Thermaltake does not. Allowing for that difference, the Thermaltake is actually more expensive.

Just curious, but what was it that led you lastly to these two cases? If $$$ is no concern, surely there must be something better. Sorry no vote. I would choose neither.

I would also choose neither, but since I didn't want to not vote, I chose the Tsunami because there is nothing wrong with it, it just looks kinda weird IMO. I heard some pretty bad things about the X-Navigator...

Seriously, they aren't actually "quality" cases. If money isn't a concern, you can get yourself something much better.

If i had to choose between those it would be the aspire. Although i dont like either of them.

But if i could have any case and $$$ wasnt an issue it would be the SST-TJ05-BT

EDIT: Tt makes crap products

Aspire is one step up from generic $20 cases, complete junk.

The Tsunami is decent case but is just a rip off of the CM WaveMaster, I'd give that a look.

That Siverstone in BW86's link is sweet too.

While I do not own a Tsunami or Wavemater etc...

I am dismayed at people saying the Tsunami is crap...I have spoken with several people who own it viaPM and they have nothing negative to say..the reviews for what that is worth are excellent

But you can not fairly compare it to caes that cost $30-50 or more...that is 30-50% increase in cost thus I would expect those cases to be much better in some way...

SST-TJO5-BT is a very nice case...and can be had for $130-140 with shipping but it was like 30lb..also one reviewer had a big issue with getting the front bezel to close because of the wires to lcd screen and had problems with PCI/expansion cards lining up with the case opening when installed...he blamed it on shipping(but the case had no damage...he did get a second without the lcd from Silverstone and did another review with no issues..

http://www.3dxtreme.net/index.php?id=silverstonetj054

How does shipping affect the expansion slots...especially on a case that is a tank...Bull crap...he got a bad case and you can be the second one was handpick and shipped

My point is even the topline cases have quality issues...maybe less and general build is probably higher quality...so who knows

I may get a new case to replace my Antec SX830 but I have decided from numerous reviews that CM Wavemaster, Tt Tsunami, Silverstone SST-TJO5-BT are good cases and have pluses/minuses

Why is it that nearly everyone says that the X-Navigator is bad, or that they've heard bad things about it? I've read a LOT of reviews, and the worst thing I've heard is that it's loud, which doesn't matter to me because I'm not gonna be sleeping with it or anything. All I've read is positive, so any specific examples of poor quality would be appreciated. I don't want to blow 160 bucks on a piece of crap.

Of the two, my vote goes to Thermaltake. The case looks nicer and is of decent build quality for the money IMHO.

I'm currently using the Tsunami case and its really good. The cooling with the 2x120mm fans is pretty good and its very easy to work with. Hvent had any problems with since building my rig about 2 months ago.

I have used both and there both great cases, right now I am using the X-Navigator I like it better than the Tsunami for cooling. I love the way it looks too, power supply seems to keep good rails so far very happy.

I love my Tsunami. Yes, it's not the quietest, but it looks awsome and has a lot of airflow. Go for it, u wont be sorry!

Also, SkyBum has some pics of his Tsunami w/ watercooling

Thermaltake's quality isn't the best, but their products are decent. Have you considered CoolerMaster Praetorian/wavemaster?

Frankly, I wouldn't go with either. If you're looking to keep it under $100, you should be talking to Antec and CoolerMaster...if you can bump another notch to the $200 segment, seek out Lian-Li and Silverstone Technology.

Wow, this is an old-ass topic. Anyway, I've decided to go with...neither. Antec SuperLanboy will be housing my system (whenever I get around to actually buying one).

Otherwise, take a look at the thermaltake shark. I reckon it's nicer than the tsunami.

Super Lanboy isn't bad, but it's not unique either.
