This only works if there is a game show host to show you a killer goat behind one of the other two doors. And you can specify that you will switch doors before he actually opens one.

Then the odds of survival increase from 1/3 up to 2/3, plus you get a new car!

That's what I was thinking, this is not the let's make a deal question. This is just a dumb random luck question.....pointless.

me too. for the simple reason that when playing RPGs etc, I have always followed the right wall when exploring dungeons, caves etc. And everyone knows that real life is the same as video games.

I would dig a hole and make door #4, there by guaranteeing life (assuming the room wasn't 1000 ft in the air)
