That's a myth actually, men have a better chance of getting custody when they seek it, it's just that men rarely seek custody.

unless you have some stats to back you up, i don't think that's true... i've never heard of a woman losing to a man unless she's a drug addict or otherwise incapable of taking care of herself.

Wow, Congratulations sysadmin! i remember reading your other thread and I was getting all pissed off that you couldn't get her back. now you have her back!! that put a huge on my face! Some things actually do work out for the best. All my best to you and the little girl in the future and in your future endeavors.

Just got done with a hearing for my daughter. The Judge gave me temp custody of her! I have to go back to court on Tuesday for the real hearing to start. I need a lawyer and dont have the money for one. My sponsor told me to lower my pride and start asking friends. I sent out an email to about 25 people and explained the situation to them. Within 3 minutes I got a call, and $300.......a minute later.......another $100.........my sister called...........got a hundo for you .........then my mom.......I got $100 for you..........it has only been 15 minutes since I sent out the email. I have a lawyer and told him that I will have $1500 for him Tuesday morning. Looks like I might make it!
My ex was arrested leaving the courthouse, for Driving After Revocation! That is twice this week she has been arrested! That is also her..........at least 6th DAR in the past 3 years! The Police Chief said that they are filing multiple charges against her and her boyfriend for Lewd conduct and exposure to a minor child.
So far so good!
