dude called in, had ordered something online, it came with 6 pin to 6 pin firewire, his notebook has 4 pin, and he threatened to return the backup drive if i didn't send it for free. he screwed up, why should i pay for his mistake? sheesh!

If the dude was really nice I woulda offered to pay shipping (good customer service and all), but if the guy expected, or was demanding that I pay shipping I wouldn't do it.

Ask him what he would do if he sold tires and someone bought the wrong size tires from him. Would he send the buyer the corect tires at his expense? I somehow doubt it.
