Never found alhambra though besides the cities and spanish palaces.....:shocked:
 
Maybe it was created by the local taqueria, but I thought everything they made was "authentic."
But it's like the Mexican answer to the philly cheese steak. Peppers, onions, beef or chicken and chihuahua cheese and it's got a spicy sauce rolled up in a tortilla.

The huarache is my long-time favorite though.
