I've told people to die in a fire and take pills and die before, I've also said roflcopter/roflwaffles/lollerskates (but jokingly) and I do call people nub sometimes.

Those are the most prevalent ones, on a daily basis It doesn't help that my friend/work colleague also says them cos of me. We even say "ATOT confused" to indicate the icon when things go tits up
