When you walk into your office lobby, into the elevator and you're jabbing the Lobby floor button and wondering why the elevator doors aren't closing.

Everyone's watching, to see what you will do
Everyone's looking at you, oh
Everyone's wondering, will you come out tonight
Everyone's trying to get it right, get it right

Everybody's working for the weekend
Everybody wants a little romance
Everybody's goin' off the deep end
Everybody needs a second chance, oh
You want a piece of my heart
You better start from start
You wanna be in the show
Come on baby lets go

Everyone's looking to see if it was you
Everyone wants you to come through
Everyone's hoping it'll all work out
Everyone's waiting they're holding out

Everybody's working for the weekend
Everybody wants a little romance
Everybody's goin' off the deep end
Everybody needs a second chance, oh
You want a piece of my heart
You better start from start
You wanna be in the show
Come on baby lets go

You want a piece of my heart
You better start from start
You wanna be in the show
Come on baby lets go

You want a piece of my heart
You better start from start
You wanna be in the show
Come on baby lets go

Hahaha. I actually walked out of the elevator going "that was quick".

Today, I just want to be left alone. Let me nerf here for awhile before launch break. I'm so brain dead and fatigued. I just want to relax on a beach with a few melon balls and piss away my life.

I just checked out of the hotel this morning and the girl at the desk tried to hand back my room key card, as if it was my credit card. We laughed and she explained she was doing a 24 hour shift. Seemed to be mostly Mexican girls working there.

I got into the elevator, got to my destination on the 4th floor (last floor) and didn't realize it until the door closed again and I wondered why I wasn't moving.

<--- needs more coffee

That was your chance to say, oops you gave me the wrong room key, you sure you didn't mean to give me your house key baby! Real smooth!

Actually I bet she was hoping you wouldn't notice so she could then go buy some shoes on your card (this has nothing to do with her being Mexican).

I was actually pulling on a door that only pushes out.... for like 15 seconds thinking it was jammed (thats a long time if you think about it). This was well after my coffee too so I have no real excuse. And yes I do that elevator thing all the time. I see the floor button light go on and off and keep pushing thinking its broken... I'm the one who is broken.

I've done that before.

I work on the top floor and before I got in and hit 4 and then stood there wondering WTF the doors weren't closing and I wasn't going down :(

It was a long week.

I take the stairs as I am not fat, but one time I was wondering why one of my contractors was in a bad mood.

I had forgotten that I had recommended he be let go the day before! Usually I take "Axeday Fridays" off to avoid the awkwardness - I needed a Corona to get over that blunder!

Oh, I've been working a week, I'm tired
Yeah, I've been working a week and I'm
Just living for the weekend

Hey hey
Got some money I just got paid
Got some money and I can't wait
At six o'clock I'm out of here

Out there tonight
Is the night of my last got my name on
Run down my street adidas on my feet
I'm on fire

Working all the time
Work is such a bind
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend
When it gets too much
I live for the rush
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend

Oh man!
Yeah I've been working a week, I'm shot
Yeah I've been working a week for what?

Just living for the weekend
Ah shit!
So my clothes are all counterfeit
So my name isn't on the list
'No you can't come in, so go home boys!'

Slip round the back look at that
There's a crack toilet window
Drop to the floor covers
us through the door
I'm on fire

Working all the time
Work is such a bind
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend
When it gets too much
I live for the rush
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend

Can you feel it?
Feel the pressure... rising
Pushing down on me, oh lord!

Pressure, pressure,
pressure pressure pressure
Feel the pressure
Pressure, pressure,
pressure pressure pressure

Living for the weekend

Going out tonight, going out tonight
Baby you and I are going out tonight

We find it's always better to fire people on a Friday. Studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it at the end of the week.

It's not. I just threw that in. The cute and friendly Mexican girls on staff just made my week long stay that much more enjoyable.

I'm not sure you understand the situation, but yeah it was a good opportunity for socializing.
