I was 31 at the time... Living in England and was the second person in the entire neighborhood to own a personal computer. Win 3.1 was still standard. The other guy with a puter had DOS and the only chat program really was mIRC and the lag was disgusting cause having a computer with a whooping 28.8 modem was such a huge deal!!
