wow, i'm too used to the 3 mb down bandwidth of this cable. i'm downloading Open Office for a client and they have a slower synchronous dsl connection and it is taking me over 10 minutes to download this baby.

47 kb/sec really isn't all that bad, i'm just spoiled i guess.

on dialup it used to take me 90+ minutes to download 60 mb. now i can do it in 10 minutes on a DSL connection and about 5 minutes on cable.
