You know with 10-10-220 all calls under 20 minutes are only 99 cents.

and just 7 cents a minute after that...

so if you are really cheap, and your going to be on the phone for another full 20 minutes, hang up after the first 20 minutes and call back, because 7 x 20 is $1.40, so the 20 minutes for $0.99 saves you a cool $0.41 😛

I don't know about you guys, but I have mastered the art of talking down the phone company. I pay three cents a minute in state and four and a half cents a minute to anywhere in the US.

Try flirting with the phone company guy - it helps.
