In my final year of high school, I started at 242 lbs (5'9). By the end of the school year, I was 224. I then took a year off school to work and I managed to get myself down to 170 lbs. I kept my weight like that through my first year and a half of university. Now at the end of my 3rd year, I'm back to 220! In the last year and a half, I've put on 50 pounds!
I didn't do anything drastic to lose the weight in the first place. I just didn't eat fast food, didn't drink pop, ran 3 days a week for like 20 minutes a day and did a little weight lifting (that only came in short stints).
Somehow, I've just slowly started to eating and drinking junk all the time, I never run and I never do any weight lifting.
I can't seem to stick to anything anymore either. I start to eat well for a week, and then one day I'm at my grandmothers and realize I've just eaten 1/2 a bag of licorice or chocolate candy. I'm always eating this damn junk!
How can I turn this around? It's like I'm just not seeing the motivation to get to where I used to be and it's really depressing. Hell, none of the clothes I bought when I got to 170 even fit anymore
