I bought an issue of Maximum PC (just for giggles), and I noticed it, like many magazines, has one of those thick pages (almost like a really thin cardboard) in the middle of the magazine that you're not able to rip out. In this case, it was offering subscription cards.

Why can you dolts that work at this magazine just put a loose card in and get it over with?

I hate having these thick pages you cannot rip out in the middle of the magazine.

I also have an issue of Fortune that has a same thing, except it's an ad for a credit card.

I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about how much I hate it when magazines do this.

You don't understand, if you rip it out, it will just tear, it will not come out completely. There will still be a ripped stubb and it will make the magazine look and feel terrible.

It's okay...keep doing pushups and maybe someday you will be strong enough to rip extremely thin cardstock.

As I repeated before, if you rip it out, there will still be ripped stubs, it will not rip out perfectly.

It will still look hashy. I need it to rip out perfectly. Also, you may cut another page when using a knife like that.
