Where the guy is getting tortured? The interrogator puts something is a bottle, shakes it up and puts it in the guy's eye. The guy starts screaming. What exactly was the interrogator doing/using. I was watching Traffic and was curious.

I can't recall that scene, but I do know that it used to be a common tactic along the US/Mexico border for border guards to shake up a bottle of Coke really good and then pop it open right into the smuggler's (or illegal alien's) nose and eyes. Very painful I am told.
