Those pics look a bit photoshopped to me. It seems that his head is a bit too big for his body in those images.

If it is real, it just isn't right.

And what is with that picture of "Gunter", he looks like one of those diagrams of the muscle system from health class
 
They aren't photoshopped, I saw a video of him on Ripley's Believe it or Not, and he looked like a real person to me.

It pains me to say that they're not fake. About a year ago I happened to stay up late enough to watch Howard Stern's show, and that kid was on it. I remember Howard saying "This kid could kick my ass!" Those were his exact words. The kid's parents were with him, and they said that he eats only salads and whatnot, and when Howard asked him whether he has any friends or what does he do for fun, his mother answered for him that he has fun working out at his gym.

Poor, poor boy.

i didnt know that you got muscles like that at that age. parents probably feeding him some "pills"
well who cares, hes gonna be a midget.
