You Know, I Was Thinking...

Yes, I know it's dangerous to do too much thinking but.....

Whatever happened to all those Federal/State lawsuits that were "supposedly" filed by all those 1st Amendment Auditors and Anti-Maskers?

Not to mention all the people who were going to lose their jobs and/or go to jail because of said lawsuits.

Just wondering.

PS: maybe I do have too much time on my hands

😀

Are you talking about any specific one(s), or just in general?

1st Amendment Auditors get settlements on a regular basis, often in the 10s of thousands of dollars. Sometimes for more even.

I dont believe any "anti-masker" lausuits have had any success or merit, though, the supreme court more or less ruled in favor of COVID19 and against humanity recently.

just generally. They go around acting like douchebags and then try to "educate" law enforcement.

so far no anti-mask/covidiot lawsuits here have been successful. In fact, many are being heavily fined and/or going to prison.

I think there are still a lot of them in progress, especially with vaccine mandate related firings. They have little chance to fight the law makers when they themselves are the ones making the law in first place though.

There have been a couple where the judges have ruled that the plaintiff is exempt from the mask mandate. I don't think anyone has brought suit on behalf of an entire state and been successful, though.
