I can't even browse random galleries anymore... there's no NSFW filtering anymore... there's no preview of images.... I'm sorry but the new version was lightyears better...

the newest version has alot of neat features just, alot of usability problems as well.. and a bit slow
just need to combine the two
 
I didn't mind the speed. What drove me nuts was the two clicks to see a picture. Yeah I know I could hold down shift but that's a pain in the a$$ as well.

I liked all the new features, but they were worthless since the speed was so slow. Didn't pics get moved to a new server recently? Maybe the new server can run the new version better?

the new version 4 has random galleries, user-configurable galleries, and also NSFW and it's already being coded by Dwell.

The new version (3) as it stood before was annoying with the double-click (why do you call that an image preview ? The thumbnail was the preview). I didn't mind the speed of pages loading - that wasn't the problem for me. It was the speed at which I could see the picture I clicked to see... having to click twice is an end-user "fvck that" because it's not "easy to use" nor "practical". If anything, he could've made the image info screen the shift-click (a basic swap of what was happening).

Personally, shift-clicking is a PITA because I surf the web and image sites with just the mouse... I'm usually leaning or whatever so my left hand is preoccupied (insert joke here). Basically, extra action = PITA.

People can stand the double-click or shift-click if they used it once or twice but an everyday user can get annoyed and obviously it happened.

dwell is bringing that back. I already asked about that when they rolled it back.

It's a trade off though isnt it? with 3 I could look at my galleries without clicking at all, I could simply mouse hover and see previews. Can't do that with the roll back. Sure there are some disadvantages with the new one vs the roll back, but in my opinion the new one offered enough new features that I actually USED to compensate for the few drawbacks. Remember we're talking pure browsing galleries here... you can't tell me it's easier to navigate galleries with the roll back than it was with 3.

Some of the v3 features were nice but speed & functionality > purdy

I HATED CLICKING 3 DAMN TIMES JUST TO VIEW THE DAMN FREAKIN' SOB PICS!!!!
