I saw that a buddy of mine was online(he is a local cop I knew fairly well). I asked him how things were doing. He said good. We started shooting the bull and I told him to put it on a certain cable channel. His reply shocked me:

Can't complain. I don't know if you know...but I'm in Afghanistan right now.

WTF? I was pretty shocked by that. Kind of hard for him to be watching the same cable channel as me when is on the other side of the freakin' world. Whoops.

Shock of my life. I had no idea he was in Afghanistan. Kind of weird.
