NEVER TWO?

Well today I actually saw a PAIR someone lost along the freeway, I was sorely tempted to stop and pick them up, I mean WHAT'S the ODDS? They were nice black tennis shoes, and driving by them at 60 MPH they looked like they COULD be my size, but I didn't want to temp fate.
Either

#1 They wouldn't fit.

or

#2 They WOULD fit and by trying them on and finding they FIT I would rip a hole in the space time continuum ending all life as we know it.

or

#3 Some sick'o was hiding in the bushes just WAITING for someone to come and score a free pair of Nikes and then off him.


Either way, there is STILL a nice pair of tennys laying along the side of the road out there someplace. Ask me for directions if you want them! If no one does, maybe I'll grab them in a day or so if they're still there. By then they should be well aired out!! 😉

You are lucky you didn't stop. One of my brother's friend's mom works at a hospital and she said that people are putting HIV infected needles shoes and leaving them on the side of the road in the hope that someone will try them on and get infected.

Weird, I just saw that today and was about to mention it. Seeing that leaves you with a lot of interesting thoughts such as; Who really finds that ammusing, how many throws did it take them, and who the hell has that little to do that trying to loop a pair of shoes around a power line is the best thing the could find? 😕

Uh, I saw this out in BFE so unless the farmers have all banded together and formed a cartel I doubt that's what's this is about 😛

he meant in the cities. Urban areas. It can also mean it is a spot to score some dope.
