I was in FYE the other day and I saw this el cheapo digital camera in that cheap plastic casing hanging on a rack for 39 bucks. Its a Concord Eye Mini Q camera. I said hey what the heck, it'll be fun to play with till I get a real one. I took some pics with it and to my surprise the pics look pretty good. And the software it came with ROCKS for the $39. It came with Newsoft Presto! Imagefolio 4.2, Presto Mr.Photo 1.6, Presto VideoWorks 4.5. I'm able to sharpen and clean up pictures pretty nicely. If I had a place to post one of the pics, I'd show you. Its worth the money, even with the 640x480 res. It will even do video if you hold the button down, though it doesn't look great and doesn't give you alot do to its 8MB memory. But the great thing is the fact that is was dirt cheap for all I got, don't ya love that?
