This guy claimed the friend of the soldier allowed them to stay in the house while working on it. The friend admits to having them work on the house. This is a civil matter. The sheriff wont evict somebody without an eviction notice.

The obscure law this article talks about is adverse possession. And it doesn't apply in this case. Typically it takes 6+ years in most states to take possession legally.

Lol at the article claiming standard adverse possession is 'obscure.' Every state in the country has adverse possession. It's just a statute of limitations.
