Student - Unemployed. Got rejected by Blockbuster videos, Baskin Robbins, Hollywood Video, Rite-Aid...

i worked for a real estate company driving for hours on end taking photos of houses, and working at an childrens amusment park, i like to think that i paid my due's and this is my reward.

When I worked for Gateway, all I did was surf the internet while at work, not to mention we downloaded movies on out computers and played them on your plasma TV, so we pretty much had movie night every night It was a great job, then they closed down our store

I can understand Baskin Robbins turning you down, fascists... but Blockbuster? Did you not have enough piercings in your nose and eyebrow or were you lacking that distinct funk when you applied?

Not sure, seems like they frown when you ask for an application. My local Baskin Robbins only hire hotties.

After applying over the phone, ask to talk to the manager. You need to show enthusiam and persistency, if not, you'll never get a job. I've only applied for two jobs in my life, and each job I was either hired on the spot or during the first interview. Creating a positive image of yourself is what it's about!

I do have a great job, as well as appreciate how lucky I am to have the job that I do...

But I rarely post from work. It's just that I only work 3 or 4 days each week. I'm currently in the middle of my four day weekend.

I could surf ATOT while I am at work, but then I wouldnt make any money. When I worked for AT&T, all I did was sit around and nef on here

I asked to leave the company, they told me to stay till December and gave me a bonus + raise while I'm training my replacement. Replacement already knows a lot more than I thought he would...so that means I can sit here and job search or nef on AT.

I work from 3 am to 11 am and then I get to babysit my 16 month old daughter for the remainder of the day while the wife goes off to work until 7pm. I have a few hours(just about two) to myself and I get onto the computer to talk to dumbases like you ;>) So, the job isnt the best, in fact it sucks, but at least I can watch my little girl grow up by my rules and not the rules of some 19 year old babysitters.
