Too bad to cops didn't have some tear gas or something in their cars they could throw in the cockpit of the earth mover. I don't know if this was at all possible because I wasn't there and maybe there wasn't enough room on the road to drive along side.

I'd buy the shooter a beer simply for doing his job and protecting the lifes of innocent people.

assuming that innocent people were in fact in jepordy I'd agree with you and do the same...

At his age he knows enough to differentiate right from wrong and he knew damn well what he was doing and the possible consequences. If he was drunk or stoned off his ass I still feel no sympathy for him because that's playing up to the "accept no responsiblity for my actions" that has permeated society.
