I can do the thing with my tongue and roof of my mouth but that isn't really ticklish IMO as in it doesn't make me laugh, it just feels really weird and uncomfortable.
 
I'm not that tickleish, I mean, if someone sneaks up on me and tries me I'll get an uncomfortable feeling but I won't break out in laughter. Also, my wife can't extract tickle revenge on me... but she could other ways so ticklewars aren't very popular around here.

Me, too. I can tickle pretty much anywhere on my body by lightly dragging my fingers over the skin.

I think that article was referring to tickling yourself by doing something like digging your fingers into your sides or stomach, wherever you're tickled by others.
