I mod a cheapo GTS w/ only 32MB DDR.
then, flash into ELSA Gloria III.
Load the ELSA Driver for Quadro2 PRO!!!!!!
Load the DX8.0a
Run the default 3DMark2001 Benchmark. (1024X768X32)

I got 3650 Look at the screen shot, this is indeed a mod GTS (only 32MB), and I can assure you that I don't have $1000 to spend on a video card.


This is totally out of my expectation, I thought only G2 ULTRA w/ 64MB DDR capable of such score.
Now, please don't tell me Quadro MXR, or Quadro2 PRO is NOT going to improve your speed.

The Question is....how steady is your hand?

I got the entire set of ELSA crack BIOS, that I found "somewhere".
(sorry, I really forgot where the site is now)

I have the MX -> Quadro MXR (ELSA Synergy III)
and I am using GTS -> Quadro2 PRO (ELSA Gloria III)

There is also a Crack ELSA Gloria III SBA (side band address enable)


JUST WANT TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW, NOT ALL CARD CAN BE MOD!!!!!!!!!!


p.s. I just wondering, what if some vandor decided to buy those ELSA GTS, and mod it into Quadro2 PRO after flash the BIOS for $1000 each?
(yes, they might simply claim it as OEM model)
Really need to be careful what you buy out there..hmm......

but I like my bootup screen, and Device manager.
