You can still bring handheld electronics on a plane right?

There is no rule against it yet right, because I play to bring my DS and ipod on a 20 hour plane ride with me this weekend. The new rules don't affect this right? Thanks.

Possibly not.
It is not a liquid, but the plot was to get two liquids, mix them, and then possibly ignite them with a spark, from an electronic device such as a portable music player etc.
You might want to make sure by asking the airline/airport.

As long as you don't have any C-4 or Semtex attached to that NDS, I don't see what the problem is.

Good idea. Rumors say they are going to adopt the British standards. That means no electronics.
