I was wondering if you could tell me the better of these two fans... I'm going to be purchasing an IWILL kk266 with a 1.2 Ghz Thunderbird.

1. GLOBALWIN WBK38
2. Thermaltake VOLCANO 6Cu

Will any of these work good? Is there a better heatsink/fan for around $25 that will keep the processor cool with little or no overclocking?

Anand did a fan round up about two months ago, as did Tom's Hardware. Check them out for reviews. I have the FOP38 (similar to the WKBK38 I guess) and it's LOUD.
