Edit: oh yeah, its best to have the speakers on, and watch it all the way to the end, since the beginning is a little tedious.
 
I think the dribbling/juggling footage is real. Heck, that guy does a lot of that stuff during games with defenders all around him. As for the shots off posts....shaaa!
