...and the second one suddenly comes to the only available lane for you to pass and moves at the same speed as the other car....This happens to me often...I hate it...does it happen to you ?
Quite a lot. It's so annoying so what i do is either i flash my lights or just ride it out in the hopes that they know they're blocking traffic.
If all else fails i use my horn.
Then of course if they're both doing *at least* the speed limit then i don't mind just riding it out happily.
What irritates me is when both are running 10-20 mph slower than the normal 30-40mph speeds on sideroads. Now *that* happens to me a lot.

that fvcking pisses me off i also hate when you change lane cuz the dude in fron of you is driving like a lame-o at 25 mph under the speed limit and he changes lanes right in front of you
and also ppl trying to turn left when there is not left turn lane and they block 50 cars behind them going straight @#$#@%!$##!$
Or when you're in the high speed lane and someone is going a lot slower than you so you change lanes to pass on the right and they speed up so you can't...Arrrrggghhh :|
Try dealing with 100 bicyclists on 2 lane roads that DON'T pull over when cars come around. (like cars are required to do when they get a tail of 5 or more cars)
Edit: they tend to spread out over 15 miles to cover more roadway
Can't say I've encountered the bicyclist deal, here in Michigan.
I hate when people turn into the middle lane, hoping to get into the thru lane, from the OPPOSITE side of the road, so their tail is sticking into the lane that's going the other way. This has happened in the same place, a couple days in a row now. (That explanation was confusing, wasn't it. )
I live in the sierra nevada foothills. So when I encounter them they are doing less than 5 MPH (litarally). One of my friends got pissed at one after a mile or so (of moving to not let him pass) that he smacked a bicylist w/ his side mirror (77 Chevy 4x4, tripod mirrors, ouch)
