None of these aren't witty, but they are very effective at getting the point across; therefore I still use them.

yeah, i think the whole pot kettle and pwned ones arnt supposed to be witty. simply explaining things.

cliches that annoy me more are the phrases that somehow becuase overused in the course of a few months...
"the bottom line" has recently become a buzzword. in fact, "buzzword" pisses me off now that i write it.
