Six LE Jobs in four years?! If that comes out during a criminal trial the administrations that kept hiring this fucking murdering piece of shit have to be held accountable also !! Systemic bullshit…

Similar situation is happening at LMPD. Breonna Taylor murdered. Four chiefs of police in six years. The recently completed DOJ investigation. LMPD is still negotiating with the DOJ about the results. What the fuck is there to negotiate about?!
Dems wanted a national database of police shootings discipline records but of course guess who blocked it?

OK, this is no defense of the cop. Even if she did threaten him with boiling water all he had to do was move away.
BUT, I noticed in the footage of the shooter's body cam she actually DOES chuck the pot of boiling water at him just before being shot.

At 28:37 start watching. She ducks the second time, hidden by his arm in the cam, she grabs the pot and suddenly the steaming pot and steaming water appear just below the shooter's left arm on a chair and steaming water at his feet. The pot of water was on the counter in front of her just before this. And now it is right in front of the cop steaming with a puddle of steaming water at his feet.

28:44 is where you can clearly see the steaming pot directly in front of the cop just under his left arm on a chair. She chucked it across the kitchen.

AGAIN, this is no excuse. He could and should have just moved away. Shooting her was murder.

But after watching it multiple times I was shocked to see that she did actually chuck the boiling pot of water at him.

You left out the part where she poured some of it out in the kitchen sink. At no time did she raise the pot to throw it at them. In fact, just before ducking down she put her hands on her head.

Also, SHE made the 911 call. Where is her motive to attack the cops?

Also, no attempt to immediately treat. Said several times there is nothing they can do when people have survived gunshots to the head.

Then how does the clearly steaming pot end up just in front of the cop on the chair and the steaming puddle suddenly appears at his feet just before he fires?

Again, watch from 28:37-28:44. Watch closely.

At 28:38 you can SEE her reach for the pot. And then it lands just in front of the cop on the chair.

Pot circled. Watch this in HD on a large screen:

If you go back to 14:34. She ducks down with her hands next to her head. Shots fired and water appears AFTER the first shot.

If you were intent on attacking the cop with boiling water you don't pour some of it out and then duck down behind the counter. She may have picked it up after ducking down in self defense.

I still see no justification in her being killed.

Again, I agree it IS murder.

But the video between 28:37 and 28:44 CLEARLY shows she chucked the boiling pot of water at him.

EVERYTHING this cop did was wrong. I am not defending him. Just defending the facts. No one seems to be looking close at this video.

RIGHT before he fires you can SEE the steaming hot water splash on the floor in front of him.

Was she gonna loop the how water over the counter from down there? To me it looked like she was using the pot as a shield.

He shoots as she throws the pot. That's why the water appears just as he shoots.

And she throws the pot. The video proves that. Denying that will only end up with the cop's defense atty tearing the prosecution a new asshole with this video. It's self defeating.

NO JUSTIFICATION? Yes. None. He should have moved away and shown restraint. But to deny she threw the pot only to have this video debunk that claim in court WILL turn a jury.

This is 2nd degree or manslaughter. First degree will get shredded in court because the defense can easily prove she DID throw the pot of clearly boiling water at him.

Then how does it cross the room and wind up directly in front of the cop? Up and OVER the back of the chair it's sitting in?

Just before he shoots she comes back up and grabs the pot. The defense will show that too.

Fair enough but I think refusal to immediately treat may cinch the 1st degree murder charge.

Add police reform to my People's Bill of Rights. Police Reform with bodycams required in every PD in the country. Felony if cams purposely turned off.

Would that be because she threw her hands up over her head? Then the pot hit the floor & bounced toward the murderer?

I think that's entirely impossible to guesstimate, its all in the blind.

Nope. The pot is UP resting on a chair having gone up and over the back of that chair to get there. She clearly pops back up and grabs the pot just before he shoots.

THEN, the pot and water has crossed the room and resting in a chair in front of him.

It's just obvious she threw it.

Magic pot.

She pops back up and her hands go to the pot. His arm obstructs vision and suddenly the pot is 6-7 feet across the kitchen in a chair and had to go OVER the back of that chair to get there.

Might have something to do with taking 3 bullets to the face ...

Look, the cop is guilty of 2nd degree or manslaughter and should spend the majority of his life behind bars.

But the prosecution will get shredded with 1st degree as the video makes it very clear if you watch closely enough on a large screen that she threw the put at him and he shot her as she was throwing it.

I've never seen 3 bullets make someone grab a pot they had already put down and chuck it in the general direction of the shooter.

She popped back up, grabbed the pot and he shot her as she was trying to throw it. There is no other explanation for why the pot ends up across the room on a chair directly in front of him.

Did you watch his body cam footage on a large screen in HD? Because you can clearly see her pop back up and her hands go to the pot right before his arm obstructs vision. Right after that, there is a plume of steaming water directly in front of him and the pot is sitting in a chair directly in front of him 6-7 feet from where it was on the counter having cleared the back of that chair to get there.

Why the hell are we arguing over whether or not she may have begun to toss the pot towards the cop?

Because it will matter to a jury if the prosecutor sticks with the 1st degree murder charge.

It's not obvious she threw it because that in the blind spot. We do know when she ducked the pot was NOT in her hands. We can see her hands right next to her head. One on each side of her head.

Watch again. She pops back up and her hands go to the pot with the hot pads still in her hands.
