Just as we've seen over the last four years, it is best to keep your white women hid.

I was under the impression that all members of AT were in the 1%. This is clearly not the case though or they would not vote Obama.

The top-one-percent break point in terms of income if I recall correctly is in about $300-350k area.

But that number was from information a few years old, I haven't checked for up dated numbers in the last few months. It's likely higher now.

It would be nice if everyone on these forums was doing that well I guess but I doubt it.

And you are all still OK with this?

Sure, if high cost of living urban dwellers want to raise their own taxes, who cares? It'll mostly go to people like me anyway. Sure we might throw a few crumbs the way of inner city blacks also, but that's just because they're willing to sell their votes cheap. Besides, having a black man in office gives many of them a direct comparison to how worthless and lazy they are in comparison.

I'm not only OK with it, I wrote Obama an email to tax us even more!

NP. I wish everyone would have read this before they voted. Would have saved everyone a lot of hassle and empty wallets.

Then you should have posted this a long time ago. Imagine, you could have changed the hearts and minds of millions of Democrats had you posted the OP a few months ago.

Sadly, when Obama seals up the EC vote this evening you'll have only yourself to blame.

In that knowledge, despair.

I kissed my money goodbye when my 401K dropped 40% in value during Bush administration.

Both of them wanna steal our money and give it away to people who dont deserve it. One wants the fucking lazy welfare leeches to get it, the other wants corporate tycoons to be better off.

Mah Munny! Mah Munny!

If Obama wins, I think all the Rightie-tighties should go to the bank, get their money in cash & burn it, just so Obama won't get it.

That'll show him!

It'd be a damned big fire if Mitt did it, probably visible from orbit...

Well, I guess you're part of our deficit problem, then. Congrats!

Too late, you should have thought about that before you voted. Say hello to 4 more years of increase debt, increase taxes, increase tax payer funded health care, decrease stock market, decreased home values, and decreased education.

Change??? - That's his catch phrase b/c change (and not dollar bills yo!) is all you'll have left in your pockets when he's done with you.

You are confused, Bush left office in 2008.

Just wish I had bought more RGR the past few days. The polls were too close to take the gamble.

All the fear mongering over guns will come up again. Won't be surprised to see RGR up a good 10-15% tomorrow.

Why do you think things would be any better under Republican rule? Wouldn't the Republicans just give all of our money to the top 5% or let the top 5% keep the bulk of the wealth produced to begin with?
