I had to rewind that part over and over the first time I watched that movie as the toad hit the tree and went plop. I had tears running down my face, I couldnt breath, I was laughing so bad.

On the other side of the coin, OP that is some really nice property. Some views I wouldnt mind waking up to and seeing every day out the window out walking out into.
 
It is beautiful-and I am lucky. As soon as I get this I'm going off grid and completely sustainable, just need to learn leatherworking, smithing, skinning, and basic medicine (already know how to raise crops).
